The OLA provides a single report on the total organization or sub-section selected above. However, the OLA also offers additional group reports from subgroups within the organization (or sub-section). These subgroup reports represent the assesment of the organization (or sub-section) as perceived by people within these select sub-groups. There is an additional cost for each sub-group report requested. The subgroups must be clear and distinct such that each participant will select only one sub-gruop and a sub-group is provided for each participant to select. Please add each sub-group name below.
